Michigan State Trooper, Parker Surbrook, sets police dog on a man for about 4 minutes–charged with felony assault
A classic example why some people should not be police officers
Late last week, a Michigan State Police trooper, Parker Surbrook, was charged with felony assault for setting a K9 dog loose on a suspect for nearly four minutes last November. Take a look at the video below. The trooper’s actions were outrageous and indefensible. How does a man like that get on the force!
What can you say? Convicted or not, this man should never have a badge again.
