21-YEAR-OLD WOMAN’S BODY HAD BEEN PLACED IN A DUMPSTER

A body found in a trash and recycling facility in Anaheim, California has been identified by fingerprint technology as being 21-year old Jarrae Nykkole Estepp of Empire, California which is located near Modesto. The Anaheim Police are searching for clues which may relate to the motive for her death, and in that regard, are seeking public help from anyone who may have information concerning her recent whereabouts. Because the recycling facility receives thousands of pounds of refuge from multiple garbage haulers from L.A. and Orange Counties, the precise location of where the body was first placed in a dumpster is difficult to determine; Employees at the facility were able to conclude that the container originated from an area where there was a high crime rate. Estepp had only recently arrived in the Anaheim area and last resided in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Given the nature of the location of the body, police are treating this as a homicide.
