“Leading up to the 2020 election, “pro-life” NeverTrumpers such as Mona Charen attempted to justify their endorsement of a pro-abortion candidate like Vice President Joe Biden with think pieces claiming voting for a pro-life president would not “lead to dramatic changes in abortion law.”
Now that NeverTrumpers’ preferred candidate is president-elect, he’s allowing abortion giant Planned Parenthood to pick ‘key position’ appointments in ‘the White House, the administration, and various federal agencies.’
In a recent interview with Newsweek, Alexis McGill Johnson, president of Planned Parenthood, bragged about the anti-abortion organization’s leverage, claiming that after raising ‘a record-breaking amount of cash in the presidential race,’ Planned Parenthood and pro-abortion ‘allies’ have provided hundreds of personnel recommendations to the Biden-Harris transition team,” the Federalist reports.
I took a look at the “think” pieces noted above and found Charen’s excuse for backing Biden, a life-long and permanent supporter of pro-choice, to be a rambling piece that echoed Democrat talking points made throughout the 2020 campaign.
One can sum up the article with one sentence; Trump is a bully, and I do not earnestly promote pro-life. Anyone with a lick of thought had to know that Biden would subscribe to the left’s commands that do not include agendas to protect babies.
