Watergate “journalist” Carl Bernstein is babbling about some refreshing and transparent comments President Trump made early on about the coronavirus. Some excerpts from Bob Woodward’s new book have been released wherein he has numerous taped responses from President Trump.
In reaction to newly released tapes where the president told Woodward he wanted to play down the coronavirus pandemic “always” to prevent panic, Bernstein, in a crazed statement, says Trump exercised negligence” to prioritize political interests over a public health emergency.
Of Course, the book taped well in the past is now being released just ahead of the election to help their cognitive-challenged candidate Joe Biden. The two book writers’ efforts (definitely not under any reasonable standards, “journalists,”) are not working for the two hucksters.
White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said, “The president has never lied to the American public on COVID. The president was expressing calm, and his actions reflect.this.”
Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, also rejected the idea that Trump misled the threat the coronavirus posed to the U.S. when asked about the matter Foxx News.
“I don’t recall anything different than in our discussions that we had with the president that he said things quite similar publicly. So, I didn’t read the book. I didn’t go over any of the text since it just came out,” Fauci began. “But you know, in my discussions and the discussions of other task force members with the president, we’re talking about the reality of what was going on, and then, when we would get up in front of the press conferences, which were very, very common after our discussions with the president, he really didn’t say anything different than we discussed when we were with him.”
IT IS CLEAR that President Trump was being totally transparent and has nothing to hide. Indeed, Trump’s willingness to refuse to panic the public while taking positive steps to combat the virus is extremely refreshing.
A quick review of Biden’s comments regarding the severity of the Coronavirus when Trump made his comments reveals that Biden was downplaying the disease at far greater levels than the President. Biden said at the time, “it is not a time to panic,” among other downplaying comments. The Speaker of the House and Gov. of New York were making similar remarks. All frauds.
