Donald Trump has been courting the minority vote, particularly Black and Latino voters. “Democrats are beginning to worry that too many African-American voters are uninspired by Clinton’s candidacy, leading her campaign to hit the panic button this week and launch an all-out blitz to juice-up voter enthusiasm,” Politico.com reports. Trump’s efforts appear to be paying off. “Hillary Clinton’s campaign is in panic mode. Full panic mode,” said Leslie Wimes, a South Florida-based president of the Democratic African-American Women Caucus,” the site continued.
Even the liberal-minded Rolling Stone magazine has taken note of Trump’s vocal African-American supporters, Lynette “Diamond” Hardaway and Rochelle “Silk” Richardson. The dual team has had enough of Democrats, such as Hillary Clinton, has taken the Black vote for granted. “We can come off the Democratic plantation, and we can vote for whoever we want to vote for.” Silk has said. The sisters have relentlessly campaigned for Trump urging Democrats to register as Republicans. “Ditch and Switch” is a familiar slogan one can hear at their events.
Most political insiders believe that Trump’s progress with minority voters, coupled with Clinton’s inability to attract the number of African-American and Latino voters to the extent near or equal to the quantity Obama did in his last two elections, will lead to a Trump victory in November. Liberal publications and left-leftist groups are now in a frenzy and fear that time is running out.
