Prominent Republicans, are quickly losing patience with Special Counsel, Mueller. “There appears to be a reason to be suspicious of Mueller, The former FBI honcho came under fire after he hired Peter Strzok, a senior counter-intelligence agent in the FBI and until this summer a top member of Mr. Mueller’s special counsel team, has become Exhibit A of anti-Trump bias in the Russia investigation.”

Investigations unearthed text messages between Mr. Strzok and Lisa Page, an FBI lawyer who also temporarily worked on the Mueller investigation and with whom Mr. Strzok was having an extramarital affair, the BBC opines. They needed an insurance policy against Trump.

“The two had a hostility toward then-candidate Trump in 2016. Ms. Page called Mr. Trump a “loathsome human” in March, as the candidate was cementing his lead in the Republican primary field. Three months later – after Mr. Trump had secured the nomination – Mr. Strzok wrote that he was an “idiot” who said “bigoted nonsense,” the paper continues.

Some have theorized that the “insurance policy” in question was an FBI plan to destroy Mr. Trump if he were to win. Page call Ms called Mr. Trump a “loathsome human” in March.

The New York Post writes Mueller, whose office is apparently leaking the “secret” news that a grand jury has approved charges against an unidentified defendant, assumed his role with one big conflict, his relationship with his successor at the FBI, James Comey. That conflict has morphed into several more that are fixable only by resignation

Matt Gaetz (R-Fl), on Fox News Thursday evening called the investigation tainted. Many others have called on Mueller to resign.

Mueller has lost credibility. It is hard to believe that Mueller didn’t have prior knowledge of Mr. Strzok and Lisa Page’s contempt for President Trump before he gave them influential positions on the team that was investigating Trump. Mueller took them off their jobs when their biases became public. He is taking too much time and spending to many tax dollars on a flawed investigation. He needs to resign.
