NEW ORLEANS LAWYER WANTS SEX IN TAXI

New Orleans lawyer and local radio host Jennifer Gaubert was given one day’s probation for the 2012 incident.

A “TAXI” NAMED DESIRE IN NEW ORLEANS

There was more steam and desire in a taxicab in New Orleans than any streetcar Tennessee Williams ever encountered when attorney Jennifer Gaubert hooked a ride with cabbie Hervey Farrell in 2012; Gaubert was charged with a felony for allegedly filing false public statements, however Judge Arthur Hunter found her only guilty of one charge of  criminal mischief and sentenced her to one day of probation. The racy video of the encounter, taped by the now suing cabbie, was admitted into evidence and it shows Gaubert almost begging for sex while the cabbie explains that he has a girlfriend and is a faithful man. Farrell had been originally charged with extortion for allegedly demanding money from Gaubert in exchange for not making the video public, but the charges were dropped.
