Hillary Clinton’s biggest boosters are livid over F.B.I. Director, James Comey’s decision to send a letter to Congress announcing that the bureau has “learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent” to the inquiry into Clinton’s personal email server problems.
The New York Times called Comey’s actions “outrageous” and “unprecedented.” The Times writes, “The irony here is that the man who blasted Clinton for being “extremely careless” for her use of a private email server was himself “extremely careless” for inserting himself and his agency into an election with that letter.”
The writer, apparently worried about a Trump victory in November, doesn’t stop at blasting Comey, he insults the general public (elite New Yorkers’, no doubt, excepted) by concluding “Headlines and sound bites are as deep as some voters go.”
The editorial concludes with the perceived ominous possibility that, “Trump wants to win through sleight of hand and Comey most likely just increased that possibility.”
We hope that “slight of hand” does give Trump the victory. Clinton does not deserve to be elected. Wikileaks has shown over and over how corrupt her team is. These latest revelations just add another layer of lies and deception at her feet.
