Stormy Daniels Case Against President Trump Over a Nondisclosure Agreement and Alleged Affair Dismissed by Federal Judge
Since the judge dismissed the suit in favor of President Trump, Daniels lost
A lawsuit by porn actress Stormy Daniels against President Donald Trump over a nondisclosure agreement was dismissed by US District Judge James Otero. Daniels was suing to invalidate the $130,000 agreement that kept Daniels from speaking publicly about her allegations of an affair with Trump ahead of the 2016 election.
Otero ruled that the court lacked subject matter jurisdiction primarily because the parties had already stipulated that the agreement would not be enforced. Daniels wanted the court to declare that the nondisclosure agreement was invalid, but Otero refused to do so.

Although the court remanded the case back to state court where it was initially filed, the case is now over. Since the judge dismissed the suit in favor of President Trump, Daniels lost. It is unclear whether there was ever an affair between the two.
