UPDATE: 1:46 am– HILLARY CLINTON CONCEDES THE ELECTION TO DONALD TRUMP
Trump wins Pennsylvania and “all but assures a victory,” the New York Times reluctantly reported. The Associated Press and other mediums concur. It is almost certain that Trump has secured the necessary 270 Electoral Votes to win.
Donald Trump has proven most of the political pundits wrong; he has won the election.
Hillary Clinton did not go to her campaign headquarters, an astonishing decision given her criticism of Trump’s refusal to accept the election if he lost.
John Podesta, Clinton’s campaign manager, took the podium at the headquarters and said some of the voting totals are too close to call and advised the mass of supporters to “go home and get some rest.”
Fox News refused to call the election at 2:00 am (EST) claiming they were taking the higher ground. Trump supporters could be heard shouting “call it” when the Fox cameras panned the audience.
At the time of this writing, Trump was also leading in Michigan, Arizona, and Alaska. As of 2:30 am (EST), Trump has not released a statement. However, he is expected to any minute.
