Wikileaks released another batch of emails that the site received from unknown sources: The Democrats are suggesting that Wikileaks is working in tandem with the Russian government to obtain this information. However, the substance (accuracy) of the emails is not being questioned. There is zero evidence to support the claim that the Russians are behind the leaks.
The second batch of released emails “include more evidence of collusion between the mainstream media and Clinton Campaign” including planting pro-Hillary stories in the New York Times– a publication that has virtually conceded their bias for Clinton.
“The latest release reveals current DNC chair Donna Brazile, when working as a DNC vice chair, forwarded to the Clinton campaign a January 2016 email obtained from the Bernie Sanders campaign, released by Sarah Ford, Sanders’ deputy national press secretary, announcing a Twitter storm from Sanders’ African-American outreach team. ‘FYI’ Brazile wrote to the Clinton staff. ‘Thank you for the heads up on this Donna,’ replied Clinton campaign spokesperson Adrienne Elrod.” — the Observer reports.
Moreover, as Slate.com reports, “It’s not a fun day for Donna Brazile. The interim DNC chairwoman who was brought on following Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s abrupt, WikiLeaks-provoked resignation in July is now facing an uncomfortable WikiLeaks revelation of her own: that she fed a question to the Clinton campaign ahead of a March town hall co-hosted by CNN.”
