Sources told Heatstreet that Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange, may be planning to release some new information his organization has obtained about the U.S. Democratic Party. Fox News reported that information may be released at 4:00 am. EST time today. The Trump team is predicting that the information may doom the Clinton campaign, although there is no way to know whether there will be any specific information pertaining to her.

In August this year, Assange told Fox News that he would release the information before the November 8 election on Clinton which yielded “some quite unexpected angles, that are quite interesting, some even entertaining”, the Dailymail reports.

Clinton’s more fervent opponents have hoped for weeks that the promised document dump would be an “October surprise” — damaging and revelatory emails or the like — and inflict a mortal wound on her campaign. There’s no evidence, however, that such damaging information even exists,” Heatstreet noted.

UPDATE: October 4, 2016—- “Despite widespread speculation, he would reveal game-changing information on Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, Assange’s 4 a.m. ET appearance featured no new revelations, although he did promise to publish information regarding the presidential election “every week for the next 10 weeks,” Fox News reported.
